CONDITIONS OF SALE: Prices subject to change. F.O.B. Woodinville, WA. Terms net 30 days on approved Credit, all others COD or Prepaid.  Overdue accounts charged 1.5% a month.  All sales are subject to applicable taxes.  Merchants who fail to file a resale certificate will be charged appropriate state sales taxes.  No merchandise is to be returned without the express, written approval of SpringStar Inc.  All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking charge plus shipping costs if applicable.

USE OUR ARTWORK ON YOUR PAGE

Vendors selling SpringStar products are free to use our images solely for purpose of selling SpringStar products.  High-resolution images are located on the wholesale products page, click on a thumbnail and it will take you to the high-resolution image. These images are in RGB format (best for web use), if you wish to use our images in print, please contact us for images in CMYK color formatting.  We request that you send us an email telling us which images you intend to use, and we will promptly provide you the permission to use our images.

SpringStar's Intellectual Property rights include our Brands, Marks, Trade names or Trade Dress.  Uses of certain rights in association with the sale of SpringStar is allowable.  It is a violation of SpringStar's Intellectual Property rights to include our Brands, Marks, Trade Names or Product names on your website or within your webpage search terms to promote other competitive products.
SpringStar Inc. will take legal action against violations of its Intellectual Property rights.
