SpringStar's BioCare Flour and Pantry moth traps contains 2 traps in each box. The traps are folded flat, to save on packaging, setting them up is easy, just peal the release paper and fold into shape. The Pantry Moth Trap attracts and captures adult flour moths such as birdseed moths, Indian meal moths, Mediterranean flour moths, almond moths and raisin moths. These pests occur almost everywhere, and are attracted by grains, flour & pastas. The pantry moths lay eggs in cracks and crevasses near food, such as in shelving, cupboards and pantries. Adult pantry moths emerge and fly about seeking mates. SpringStar's Pantry Moth Lure uses the same chemical messenger (pheromone) that female pantry moths use to attract male pantry moths for mating. The male pantry moths fly towards the scent and are caught in the pantry moth traps. Catching and removing the male moths prevents mating and egg laying.

Long-term use of SpringStar's Pantry Moth Traps will reduce troubling infestations without the use of toxic chemicals. Since they operate as pheromone traps without insecticides, they're safe for use around food. Place the pantry moth traps near where moths have been seen. SpringStar's Pantry Moth traps are disposable and extremely effective and safe around food products. Replace pantry moth traps every 3 months, or sooner if full of pantry moths. Use two moth traps at a time, and space them out; they will cover up to 2500 square feet. Using more than two moth traps may confuse the male pantry moths making the traps less effective.

Note: These traps are for pantry moths, flour moths and seed moths. This lure will not attract Clothes moths. You will need to use SpringStar's clothes moth trap to take care of those moths.
