TERMS OF SALE

CONDITIONS OF SALE: Prices subject to change. F.O.B. Woodinville, WA. Terms net 30 days on approved Credit, all others COD or Prepaid.  Overdue accounts charged 1.5% a month.  All sales are subject to applicable taxes.  Merchants who fail to file a resale certificate will be charged appropriate state sales taxes.  No merchandise is to be returned without the express, written approval of SpringStar Inc.  All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking charge plus shipping costs if applicable.

MATERIAL SAFETY DATA SHEETS

MSDS are available on CD-ROM by request. Contact us at (800) 769-1043 if you would like us to send you a CD or fax you a particular sheet. Or you may click on this link for immediate access to our complete product line in PDF format.

WASHINGTON STATE TAX EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE

Washington state vendors must return a state tax exemption certificate or we must charge appropriate state tax.  New vendors can download a form and fax it back to (425) 487-4360 or email it back to us.  The form is on our server as a generic Word Document.  It can be opened, edited and printed from any word processor or platform.

DEALER PRICES, WHOLESALE DISTRIBUTORS

SpringStar products are available nationally from wholesale pet, garden and nursery distributors.  Chances are that your regular distributor carries some or all of our products, and can easily order anything not in stock.  We can assist you in identifying or locating a nearby supplier.  Please call us at (800) 769-1043 between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm Pacific time, and we can always help you.

Vendors selling SpringStar products are free to use our images solely for the sale of SpringStar products.  Simply email a note to tell us which images you intend to use, and we will promptly provide permission to you.  We would be happy to assist you in setting up pages to sell products on your site.  Please email or call for information.

Please email or call for information on how to set up an online store to sell our products.  It is EASY and SpringStar will assist you with the set up process.  We will offer special initial order pricing and work one-on-one with you to make your on-line business a success!
